ABANA and ADIO organized a conversation with Brian Yeoh, the Head of FinTech Department at the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM); Patrick Campos, Chief Strategy Officer of Securrency; Anas Assara, Founding General Partner at Untamed Ventures; and Ramy Adeeb, General Partner at 1984 Ventures, to shed light on the fintech ecosystem in the UAE, which is rated first among the globe’s fintech centers.

In 2023, numerous fintech developments and advancements are being unveiled in the UAE.  Two of the most prominent include: a new Instant Payment Platform (IPP) and a brand-new express restaurant payment solution through a company known as Spades.  The event, occurring on Tuesday, February 28 at noon, was an opportunity to learn more about the role of the ADGM and Securrency in the fastest growing Fintech landscape in the world.
