Mohamed El Gazzar is a Managing Director of I Squared Capital with a focus on investments in Europe. He was formerly Portfolio Manager and Executive Director for MSI, focused on investments in Emerging Markets and prior to that, was part of Morgan Stanley Principal Investments (MSPI), where he made investments in the oil & gas space. He was also a part of the Morgan Stanley Commodities platform, where he focused on principal investments in the energy space and made various investments in Europe and the Middle East. Earlier in his career, he worked in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division with a focus on Oil & Gas. During his fourteen-year career, he has invested, advised on or financed over twelve transactions, with a total value in excess of $7 billion. He holds an LL.B. with honors from Warwick University, UK.
