The first part features a panel by Hodes Weill & Associates on “Real Estate Allocations & Preferences in the Current Market” with a section focused on MENA markets.

The discussion will be based on Hodes Weill’s 2023 Real Estate Allocations Monitor which highlights the role of real estate in institutional portfolios, and the impact of institutional allocation trends on the investment management industry.

The panel will include David Hodes, Founder & Co-Managing Partner of Hodes Weill, and Rima Batal, Principal at Hodes Weill – and will be moderated by Pierre Debbas, Partner and Founding Member of Romer Debbas, LLP.

The second part features a presentation by Wajdi Atallah, Founder & President of SBI Consultants, Inc. on “Real Estate Financing: due diligence from a technical point of view” during which he will discuss the options of Debt of Equity as well as different approaches and limitations.
