The 2025 ABANA Annual Meeting will feature strategic discussions with ABANA’s officers, including a review of the annual reports and the announcement of newly elected or re-elected board directors. An open reception with hors d’œuvres will follow.

Agenda:

5:30 pm – 6:30 pm – Annual Reports Presentation & Open Discussion
6:30 pm – 7:30 pm – General Reception with hors d’œuvres.


Board Elections – Members Only Elections for the ABANA Board of Directors opens two weeks before the Annual Meeting, and electronic ballots will be sent to all members*.

Members are invited to vote in the ABANA Board of Directors election. Electronic ballots and voting instructions will be sent in separate emails to all members*.

The current Board of Directors has nominated a slate of eight candidates for (re-)election by the membership, to fill open positions on the board; each (re-)elected director will serve a three-year term.

The voting deadline is set for February 10th, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST, and the results will be announced during the meeting.

*Per ABANA’s By-Laws, only members in good standing as of January 22, 2025, are eligible to vote. If you are a member and have not received the ballot email, please note that it is sent from invitations@mail.electionbuddy.com.
