This month’s Arabia Monitor webinar will cover the implications of the gloomy demand outlook on the oil market recovery. The nature of the current crisis has profound consequences on oil-exporting economies in the region, particularly as mounting fiscal pressures and rising inflation will soon start to increase strains on dollar pegs across the GCC. One key consequence is that Saudi Arabia may reconsider its oil policy and lapse back into efforts to regain market share.
We will also share country updates covering the historic peace deal of UAE and Israel, Oman, Lebanon, Iran, Iraq, Libya and Tunisia. We will also provide our usual update on Sino-MENA investment and New Silk Route trade developments.
