In recognition of National Entrepreneurship Month, ABANA hosts the Entrepreneurs Roundtable with fellows from the Global Innovation through Science and Technology (GIST) Initiative. The GIST Initiative builds entrepreneurial ecosystems in 43 countries across the Middle East, Central and South East Asia, and Africa by identifying, coaching and funding promising entrepreneurs through its competitions, start-up acceleration services, online social media platform and interactive mentorship programs. Seventeen of these emerging entrepreneurs are currently visiting entrepreneurship and innovation hubs in the U.S. and will discuss their personal innovations, as well as their experiences and insights into entrepreneurship and opportunity in the MENA region.
